Jeff is the 6th consecutive generation in his family to be involved with the building industry and has a very broad background in residential and commercial/industrial construction (trades and management) as well as identifying value add opportunities. He is proactive in executing his responsibilities and has a proven track record of finding ways to mitigate risks. He creatively looks for ways around problems and alternative solutions to accomplish results. Adept at analysis and an effective communicator, Jeff is able to lead complex teams and projects to achieve objectives on time and within budget.

The ability and willingness to manage all vendors including due diligence, engineering/design, construction and property managers enable him to provide end to end service and allow the investor to stay at home, focused on what they do.
Having executed transactions in California, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Oklahoma and Texas, Jeff has been exposed to many delivery methods and styles, including auctions in various formats. Jeff is licensed in Texas and works extensively in offmarket properties as well as MLS and Costar, etc.
